This on-going membership is what gives your seeds roots. Research consistently shows that behaviour change takes 3–6 months of repetition to truly stick. You've planted something real. Let's not let it go to seed.

Together we've built something real over these past eight weeks. I've watched everyone grow, not just physically - but more in your mindset, habits and routines. These are the aspects of behaviour change that are hard to start, and easier to continue to implement. These are also the aspects that will have the greatest benefit to your overall health and wellbeing in the long-term.
