PRIVACY POLICY
How we collect, use and protect your personal information, including your health information.
WHO WE ARE
Inspire Change is the trading name of Coach Education, run by Eske Dost. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Inspire Change. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and its Information Privacy Principles.

WHAT WE COLLECT
We only collect what we need to deliver our coaching, programmes, events and shop. This can include:
• Contact details: your name, email, phone number and address.
• Booking and enrolment details: the call, programme, plan, event or product you choose, plus your date of birth and emergency contact.
• Health and wellbeing information: injuries, medical history you choose to share, training history, goals, body composition results, nutrition and progress notes.
• Payment details: card payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Messages: anything you send through our forms, email, WhatsApp or social media.
• Website use: pages visited, device and browser type, and cookies (see below).
HOW WE COLLECT IT
Mostly directly from you: when you book a call, fill in a form, enrol in a programme, buy a product, register for an event, sign up for updates or talk with us. If an employer books a workshop, they may give us attendee names and contact details.
WHY WE USE IT
• To deliver your coaching, programme, event or order, and tailor it safely to you.
• To manage bookings, payments, receipts and your account.
• To keep in touch about your programme, and to answer your questions.
• To send updates, resources and offers if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve our website, services and client results.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
YOUR HEALTH INFORMATION
Health information is sensitive, and we treat it that way. We use it only to plan and deliver safe, effective coaching for you. It is kept confidential between you and Eske, and we will not share it without your consent unless the law requires it, or there is a serious threat to your health or safety or someone else's.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Inspire Change, and only as needed:
• Wix, which hosts our website, bookings, forms, pricing plans, events and shop.
• Payment providers such as Stripe, which process card payments.
• Email, video-call and messaging tools we use to deliver coaching.
• Our accountant and other professional advisers.
• Anyone else you ask us to share it with, or where the law requires it.
STORAGE, SECURITY AND OVERSEAS PROVIDERS
Your information is stored securely in our systems and with our service providers. Some of them, including Wix, store data outside New Zealand. We choose providers that protect personal information to standards comparable to the Privacy Act.
We keep your information only as long as we need it to deliver our services and meet legal requirements (for example, financial records are kept for seven years). We then delete it or make it anonymous. If a privacy breach is likely to cause serious harm, we will tell you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
Our website uses cookies to make it work, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it so we can improve it. Wix provides a cookie banner where you can accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may not work properly.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. You can also ask us to stop sending marketing messages at any time. Email eske@inspirechange.nz and we will respond within 20 working days.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, please talk to us first. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
