Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Inspire Change including one on one coaching, 8 Weeks to Strong, membership services, corporate wellbeing programs, workshops, speaking engagements and online education.

By engaging services, making payment or participating in any program, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our Working Relationship

Inspire Change operates as a partnership in performance.

We commit to delivering structured, professional and values driven coaching and education.

You commit to ownership, honest communication and active participation.

Health is your most valuable commodity. These terms exist to protect both parties and ensure clarity.

2. Services

Specific services, duration and investment will be outlined in your proposal, invoice or service confirmation.

Only services agreed in writing are included.

3. Fees and Payment

A 10 percent deposit is required to confirm all bookings unless otherwise stated.

All fees are stated in NZD and are inclusive of GST unless specified as plus GST.

Instalment Plans

Where an instalment arrangement is approved:

A 5 percent administration fee will be added to the total investment.
Payment dates will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.

If a payment is missed, a 7 day grace period applies.

If payment remains outstanding 30 days after the due date, a 10 percent late payment fee will be applied to the outstanding balance.

Services may be paused if payment remains overdue.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

One on One Coaching

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a session.
Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may be forfeited.

8 Weeks to Strong and Membership

Program fees are non refundable once commenced.

Membership includes a minimum commitment period of 8 weeks unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Corporate and Workshop Services

Corporate delivery dates are secured only upon receipt of the agreed 10 percent deposit. Until deposit is received, dates remain tentative.

Cancellation terms unless otherwise agreed in writing:

More than 30 days prior to delivery: Deposit retained, no further fee.
15 to 30 days prior to delivery: 50 percent of total agreed fee payable.
Less than 14 days prior to delivery: 100 percent of total agreed fee payable.

One reschedule request is permitted provided written notice is received at least 14 days prior to delivery.

The new delivery date must occur within 30 days of the original booking, subject to availability.

If a new date is not confirmed within 14 days of the original scheduled date, the booking will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply.

Travel and accommodation costs outside Hamilton or Tauranga will be agreed on a case by case basis and outlined in the service proposal.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of coaching services and intellectual property, fees are generally non refundable once services have commenced.

Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Inspire Change.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and honest health information
Seek medical clearance where appropriate
Take responsibility for your participation and implementation
Respect agreed communication channels and boundaries
Maintain respectful conduct in group environments

Results depend on individual consistency and action.

7. Health and Medical Disclaimer

All training, nutrition and wellbeing guidance is educational in nature.

Inspire Change does not diagnose medical conditions or replace medical professionals.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

If you have medical concerns, you must consult an appropriate health professional before participating.

8. Limitation of Liability

Physical training and lifestyle changes carry inherent risk.

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Inspire Change is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from participation except in cases of proven negligence.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

Inspire Change collects and stores personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Health data, assessment information and contact details are collected solely for the purpose of delivering services and improving client outcomes.

Information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time by contacting Inspire Change.

10. Intellectual Property

All programs, frameworks, written materials, recordings and resources remain the intellectual property of Inspire Change.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or resold without written permission.

Online access is for the registered participant only.

11. Code of Conduct

Inspire Change operates from values of health first, service, leadership and long term value.

Participants are expected to act respectfully and engage constructively.

Inspire Change reserves the right to remove individuals whose behaviour compromises safety, alignment or program integrity.

12. Termination

Services may be terminated due to non payment, breach of terms or behaviour inconsistent with agreed standards.

Outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.

13. Force Majeure

Inspire Change is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control including illness, natural disaster, government restrictions or technology failure.
