Smarter Strength After 35 is a free online session for men and women aged 35+ who want clarity on how to create real, sustainable progress as their body changes.
Many people notice shifts in energy, recovery, and training response but feel unsure how to adapt without doing less or pushing harder.
This session explains what is changing, including the role hormones play in recovery, and how to train and recover more intelligently as you move through this stage of life.
The session is delivered live online via Zoom and runs for approximately 30 minutes.
