Eske Dost is the founder of Inspire Change NZ and a performance coach specialising in health and wellbeing for women and men 35 and above. With 30 years as an athlete and a coaching framework built around the four pillars of nutrition, physical activity, mindset, and recovery, Eske brings the kind of practical, no-nonsense expertise that only comes from living it.
