Specific inclusions, duration, and investment are confirmed in your individual proposal or programme agreement. **Payment** All fees are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. A deposit is required to secure your place in any programme or workshop. Instalment plans are available with a 5% administration fee. If a payment is missed, a 7-day grace period applies. Overdue balances beyond 30 days incur a 10% late payment fee. Access to coaching, materials, and programme resources may be suspended until outstanding balances are resolved. **Cancellations & Refunds** 1:1 coaching sessions require 24 hours notice to reschedule. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may be forfeited. Programme fees are non-refundable once a programme has commenced.
